AUTOMATIC Blade Retract Function: Push slider forward, start cut and move thumb from slider onto top for better control. Blade remains in position throughout the cut - to INSTANTLY retract into the handle when blade edge contact is lost or the cut is terminated.
Spring-loaded Blade Retract System designed to respond to any uncontrolled move, i.e. loss of blade edge contact.
